 The personal charm, capability and character of an entrepreneur are very important to the development of an enterprise and the maturing of his team. I know I am not perfect, but I endeavor self-examination and self-improvement to perfect myself and require my team to do the same.
It might be easily noticed that I would rather use the term ¡°Tong Ren¡± (people with the same pursuit) to address my staff rather than ¡°employee¡±. My sincerest intention is to set the stage for all people in the same venture with me to put our talents to good use, to finally realize our dreams. The journey to greatness is an unpredictable one, filled with both triumph and defeat. When we have reaped the harvest of our fortunes and are recognized for sharing them with society by society is when we have reached this greatness.
My interpretation of a successful and fruitful enterprise is: The people are the soul of the company. Even though unanimously evident doctrines are needed to achieve the goals of the company, it is only when the collective objectives are infused with individual ones and a common aspiration is formed, can we unite all the staff as one to achieve a common goal and nourish a sense of kinship in everyone.
Having a sense of social responsibility - assuming important tasks - achieving great successes, from this is where my philosophy and doctrine has been instilled in Ever-Glory. |
