Recently, our company and Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology jointly launched the first Ever Glory Smart Craftsman Craft Class.It aims to cultivate outstanding technicians for the industry, develop their practical skills and high-quality innovative thinking, build a “craftsman-oriented” technical team with high-skilled talents as the core, and empower China’s apparel industry.
The Technology Innovation and R&D Department has carefully designed training programs closely aligned with market trends and cutting-edge technologies.Various teaching methods are adopted, including study groups, log correction, and mentor guidance, together with a strict assessment mechanism for quality and delivery, as well as a monthly commendation system.All students will have the opportunity to officially join the Ever Glory Group through two-way selection.

2. Visit and Exchange by Teachers and Students from Nanjing Tech University
On November 18, Director Zheng Chunling from the College of Food Science and Light Industry, Nanjing Tech University, led 24 senior graduating students to visit and exchange ideas at our company.Gu Haiyan from the Talent Development Department, Qian Hua from the Technology Center, and other leaders warmly received the teachers and students.
Director Gu provided systematic suggestions on students’ future career planning from the perspectives of talent selection, employment, and development.Director Zheng guided and summarized students’ employment and learning based on this visit.

On November 26, Teacher Cheng Xingbo from the Career Center of Nanjing Agricultural University led some graduating students to visit our company.
